3-10-11 Assignment
When somebody's rights are violated, I think they should try to stay calm and to try to work things out. They should defend their rights and try to persuade others, that are violated with same reason,to do the same. Sometimes people do not defend their rights because they might think that somebody would judge them in bad ways. They might not because wouldn't accept them anymore.
Rights
When people's rights are violated, they should not just stand back and let it happen but they should be careful not to put themselves in danger when they are protecting their rights. Some people do not protect their rights because they are scared of the person taking away their rights. People should know how to take their rights back, but make sure to not harm themselves.
Defending our Rights
I think people should be upset when their rights are violated. They should speak out and defend their rights in a court of law because the laws are there to protect us. People who break the law should suffer the consequences. I think fear keeps people from defending their rights. Sometimes people are afraid of those who may seem a little smarter, or wealthier, or some people may intimidate others. People who are intimidated tend to hold back because they are insecure and want to be a part of the group and not be left out or made fun of.

Writing Assignment 3/10/11
How do you think people should react when their rights are violated?  What keeps people from defending their rights?
R.O.T Ouestion
I have suvrived many tests but i thnk that the hardest on for me was changing schools. It was really hard to leave the ones who you trusted and cared for the most. My friends and i had become friends in kindergaredn and it was really hard to leave them. I think that i did grow. I learned that sometimes life changes and you might not like it but thats just how life is. I think that henry and jesse learned to be brave and no matter the consicouence you have to keep going. I also learned to be brave, how to make new friend and that no matter what life throws at you you can get through it.
Jesse and Henry
I have "survived" a trial/test.  It was last year's championship basketball game against St. Ursula.  Jesse and Henry both learned to believe in themselves and I learned that if I put my mind to it and give it everything I have that I can accomplish my goals.

(And if you remember, we did win the championship)
My Answer
Yes, I have survived a test and I think that I grew and learned from the experience. They both learned that they are brave enogh to do something they couldn't do. Even though they both had thoughts of quitting they kept trying and they succeded. I learned kind of the same thing, that I was brave enough and I can do stuff I thought I would fail at.
Question continued.
Jesse learned lots about herself.  She learned that if she really tried she could do anything.  Henry learned a lot about himself too.  He learned that he could fight really well if he overcame his fears.
Quetion
I have survived a test.  I went to a new school for middle school.  I learned that you can't be shy.  YOu have to approach other people.  You also can't wait for them to approach you.  HEnry learned that even if you do something wrong, you can do lots of right things in your life.  He also learned that everybody makes mistakes.  Jesse learned that if you stop and think you can get out of almost every situation you're in.  You also have to believe in yourself.
